We’re seeking an ambitious and highly motivated, Full Stack developer to help shape the development of a bleeding edge advertising shopping platform.  You should have a wide range of development experience focused on online front-end solutions using AngularJS, and NodeJS.  With a constantly evolving platform, we are looking for a Full Stack developer to join our existing technical team, as well as defining, developing and delivering upon the technical architecture on which the platform is based.

Technical requirements

Account Executives

Dream Agility are looking for an articulate, analytical Trainee PPC Account Executive, preferably  with agency experience or a Graduate,  to be based in Ramsbottom, Greater Manchester. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for clients
  • Conducting end-to-end research tasks throughout the on boarding process.
  • Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of client campaigns and cross-channel media.
  • Attending regular client meetings face to face or phone 
  • Drive strategic program development and identify areas for upselling and account growth
  • Reporting the ongoing performance of campaigns
  • Desire and willingness to test, embrace and encourage new technologies, product offerings and marketing channels
  • Develop program summary/analysis, set agendas, and present to senior decision makers
  • Provide client recommendations to include: search engine marketing, display remarketing, biddable ad exchange media, mobile, social, creative, and analytics

Your Capabilities

  • Graduate calibre and highly numerate. A numerate based degree (maths, economics, statistics, etc) would be an advantage but is not essential. OR previous experience in a Digital Agency

Trainee Business Development Managers

The Role

We’re looking for an outbound sales advisor to help deliver the next stage of our growth.

You’ll be using your skills and experience to book appointments for the sales team, assist with sales activity, performing competitor analysis and preparing client presentations with the data available.

The Person

You will:

  • Have at least two years’ outbound sales experience, OR be a graduate in a STEM subject.

You will directly manage paid search campaigns for our clients, ensuring that their budget is being spent to campaign goals either CPA/ROAS or SKU level profit margin.
You will be responsible for setting client strategy and ensuring that our day-to-day work is in line with the contract.
You will speak to clients on scheduled calls to ensure they’re aware of our activity and receiving reports each month.
Day-to-day, you will get hands-on with accounts to build campaigns to our specified format, manage budgets, run our full suite of reports including the Machine Learning based reports (full training given) monitor Merchant Centre and gather the analytics data to implement in the feed iterations.
You will be responsible for generating and sending client reports to show our activity and results
About you
You’ll have at least 2 years of experience behind you in a paid search, shopping and search,  and will have a proven track record working directly on a range of projects where you’ve played a significant role from start to finish.
Minimum of 2 years agency experience in paid search across Google and other major search engines
Strong understanding of wider digital marketing channels and how they work together with paid search and social
Strong experience using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets/ Adwords Editor and very comfortable sorting through large data sets. Our platform does all the heavy lifting and computation, we use humans for sense checking and to supervise the machine learning.
Confidence in speaking to clients via email, phone and in-person
Confidence working in Google Analytics and making changes to improve data quality and conversion tracking
Proficient in keyword research via Keyword Planner and tools like SEMrush
Great organisational and Planning skills, preferably with the use of planning tools such as Microsoft Project etc.
Knowledge or experience of SEO is a bonus but not essential
Experience managing social media advertising across Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter is a bonus but not essential

The salary range for this role is £19,000 – £26,000 dependant on experience.

French Speaking Marketing Executive

What you’ll be doing:
• We’re  working with Luxury French Brands who expect an excellent level of service and a native language competence – Google translate is not an acceptable level of French!
• Translating the website into French and producing French Product Sheets, Presentations and proposals at a native standard.
• Attending meetings and Webex’s with the CEO, in the UK and Paris.
• Manage and maintain email inbox with strong organisational structure utilising excel wherever possible in ensuring personal efficiencies meet optimum possibility
• To communicate and negotiate with websites of varying scale, from personal blogs to international publications across France and English language territories in both written and spoken format.
• Various ad hoc tasks including keyword research, footprint analysis and other administration duties where required.
• Complete competitor analysis whenever required.
• Translation support across all manner of marketing tasks, from English to French to the level of a native.
• Apply localisation knowledge to the French market.
What you’ll need:
• Under/post graduate educated to a minimum of ‘A’ level standard with good numeracy and English skills.
