An Industry Review of Gardening in Google Shopping

Dream Agility has performed a quarterly review on the Gardening sector in Google Shopping to help retailers prepare their online strategy for the busiest online period. A number of factors have been identified which if leveraged will create an opportunity for a market leader in many of the higher search terms.

Research has shown that Local inventory ads also provide an opportunity for retailers with stores/garden centres to capitalise on cheaper ads/foot fall. Whilst search queries  in shopping in Q4 2015 are 14% up yoy, GTINs are a potential threat to online retailers in the industry.
