Elizabeth started her career designing electro-hydraulic armoured umbilicals before moving into engineering recruitment and specialising in HR as Head of HR in a technology transfer company. Deciding on a radical career change, Elizabeth next launched herself as a self-style ‘Flirt Guru’ and was commissioned to authored two books including “flirting for Dummies” by Wiley. Yearning to go back to her technology roots, ten years later Elizabeth spotted a gap in the market and set up Dream Agility, the first enterprise level web platform with true mobile app capability and multi-channel attribution as standard. Elizabeth is a strong believer in bringing graduate female engineers on to mentored professional development schemes. The judging panel were impressed by her sheer passion and innate talent.
