Venturefest is the North West’s biggest annual innovation expo and conference, bringing together start-ups, growing businesses and investors. This week in Manchester it welcomed 1,150 visitors as well as 80 exhibitors.
Competition was fierce amongst the finalists as they went through their pitch. Elizabeth was first and set the bar very high with a highly reveered pitch and 7 seconds to spare which earned her a high 5 from Vikas Shah MBE, one of the UK’s highest profile entrepreneurs and business commentators.
In the afternoon the judges gathered to deliberate and announced the winners and much to the delight of the Elizabeth, Glyn and the team Dream Agility was annoucned as the winner of the Digital Innovation Award.
Elizabeth, who after pitching left to catch a flight to Helsinki for Slush, the world’s leading startup and tech event, reacted: “Our tech is consistently winning awards year after year as we are relentless in not resting on our laurels and always driving value for our customers by challenging the industry status quo. The team is always pushing to delevop bigger and better and this award is another testament of that. We are all very pleased that the hard work is paying off.”
