Seasalt Cornwall Delivers Record EBITDA as Multichannel Strategy Drives Resilient Performance

For the year ending 31 January 2026, EBITDA (Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization) increased by 1.9% to its highest level in Seasalt Cornwall’s history, while operating profit before non-recurring items rose by 3.9% to £8 million.

Turnover remained remarkably resilient at £149 million, dipping by just 0.4% during a period in which retailers have continued to contend with cautious consumer spending, rising costs and a rapidly changing ecommerce landscape.

Perhaps even more significantly, Seasalt delivered a substantial improvement in operating cash flow and finished the year with more than £10 million in cash, giving the business a strong platform from which to continue investing and growing.

International revenue increased by £6 million during the year and now represents 15% of total revenue.

The US continues to be an important opportunity for the brand. Following its entry into the market in 2024, Seasalt has expanded through major retail partners including Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s.

Paul Hayes, Chief Executive of Seasalt, highlighted the importance of this flexibility, saying the strength of the business is founded on its multichannel approach and its ability to serve customers wherever and however they choose to shop.

A fantastic result in a demanding retail market

Record EBITDA alongside improved operating profit and cash generation is a significant achievement in the current retail environment.

We’re incredibly proud to work with Seasalt and to play our part in supporting the continued development and performance.

Congratulations to the entire Seasalt team on a record result and a brilliant foundation for the next stage of growth.
